The Parts Systems and eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for the management and development of Parts Systems processes including eCommerce, Parts, DBS, WMS Systems, Freight Systems, and Logistics in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as "One Professional Team."
Pay Rate: $66,697.52 - $91,768.39 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
Essential Functions:

- Lead and support Parts systems, operations, logistics, and eCommerce initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement system enhancements across Parts operations, including, eCommerce, WMS, distribution, freight, and inventory management.
- Manage and support customer-facing digital solutions and eCommerce platforms, including strategy, deployment, growth initiatives, performance metrics, and integration with company systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Support, Caterpillar, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop solutions, drive adoption, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Establish, monitor, and report on departmental budgets, sales goals, KPIs, and operational performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, controls, training, and audit programs to ensure compliance, data integrity, operational consistency, and effective use of systems.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, Caterpillar, dealer peers, vendors, and internal teams while staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Define reporting requirements and collaborate with BI resources to deliver dashboards and metrics that provide transparency into business performance, operational processes, and data accuracy for end users, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Technical Communicator (as needed)
- Research and resolve back orders, inventory discrepancies, parts availability issues, and technical concerns, including identifying alternative sourcing solutions when needed.
- Verify part specifications, investigate and report quality or dimensional discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with Caterpillar and vendors.
- Coordinate the identification, removal, and warranty recovery of obsolete, incorrect, or non-compliant inventory.
- Provide backup support for Parts Administration functions, including inventory management, WIP, stock orders, customer support, and related operational activities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in eCommerce, dealership operations, business systems, and/or logistics.
- Knowledge of dealer business systems, transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Customer service, technical, mechanical, or administrative experience preferred.
