We are currently recruiting for an E-commerce Operations Specialist job in High Point, NC. This is a fully on-site, direct hire role. This role is focused on their Wayfair E-Commerce account by managing product listings, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication from order placement through shipment using the Wayfair Partner Home portal.
Responsibilities
Manage daily Wayfair orders from entry through shipment using EDI.
Maintain product listings, pricing, imagery, and item setup in the Partner Home portal.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution teams.
Handle order status inquiries and product requests from Wayfair.
Review pricing accuracy and resolve invoice chargebacks.
Monitor inventory availability and site audits for data accuracy.
Support quality improvement efforts for items with high damage rates.
Assist with pricing updates, promotions, and documentation.
Attend Wayfair vendor meetings and events as needed.
Provide backup support for other ecommerce accounts and assist with new account setup.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Ecommerce or Wayfair experience preferred.
NetSuite experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
