You’re shoulder-to-shoulder with front-line leaders, reviewing yesterday’s performance, walking the gemba, removing roadblocks, and tuning today’s plan so every order ships safely, on time, and right the first time. By mid-morning, you’re aligning Operations, Engineering, Packaging, Product Development, and the Aftermarket team on a change that speeds throughput. In the afternoon, you’re coaching a Kaizen team, tightening standard work, and using visual management to lock in the gains. That’s a day in the life of the Fulfillment Value Stream Manager at FlexScreen/RiteScreen.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end eCommerce and Aftermarket order flow—from production release to customer shipment—delivering an exceptional experience.
- Operational leadership as the primary liaison across Operations, Engineering, Packaging, Product Development, and the Aftermarket business.
- Safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective fulfillment that meets customer commitments.
How You’ll Raise the Bar
Operational Excellence
- Build and adjust daily production and labor plans aligned to customer demand.
- Oversee shipping execution, marketplace fulfillment, order prioritization, and proactive shipment tracking.
- Monitor productivity, backlog, delivery adherence, and other operational KPIs; act quickly to close gaps.
- Lead daily gemba walks; deploy visual controls that drive accountability and performance.
Lean & Continuous Improvement
- Make continuous improvement part of everyone’s job.
- Run Kaizen events, conduct root-cause investigations, and eliminate waste.
- Increase throughput, compress lead times, and elevate efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coach leaders and teams in Lean principles, standard work, and structured problem solving.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop front-line leaders and production teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
- Support hiring, workforce planning, attendance management, and cross-training.
- Create an environment where every employee is empowered to improve the process daily.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership.
- Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
- Success leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- eCommerce or consumer products manufacturing exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency with production metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
