Are you a skilled cardiac sonographer passionate about delivering precise and compassionate care? We are seeking dedicated Echo Technicians to join our dynamic cardiology and radiology departments. In this vital role, you'll perform advanced echocardiograms to assist in diagnosing and monitoring cardiac conditions, contributing directly to patient outcomes and overall health.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, including traveler experience
- Proficiency in adult outpatient echo procedures, specifically 2-D & 3-D Echos
- Expertise in specialized views like RVIT, RVOT, and treadmill stress echocardiography
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to float between multiple clinic locations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- ACLS certification
- Experience with stress echo, bubble studies, carotid, aorta, and abdominal ultrasound procedures
- Familiarity with GE equipment and treadmill stress testing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Certified Sonographer (RDCS, RDMS, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of recent experience in adult outpatient cardiac imaging, with travel background preferred
Other Requirements:
- Availability starting June 3, 2026, for full orientation and training
- Commitment to schedule flexibilityno call or weekend shifts required
- Ability to work in adult and geriatric patient populations
- Must be located within commuting distance to Hilton Head or willing to float between clinic sites (less than 20 miles apart)
