Job Summary and Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
• You will be responsible for the accurate performance and coordination of various procedures in the Echocardiology Department, which includes Echocardiograms, vascular work, transesophageal echo, pacemaker analysis, and exercise echo. • You will perform two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings for diagnosis of cardiac disease. • You must have a working knowledge of stress testing and as it relates to the Echocardiology department. Either exercise stress or pharmacological stress. • You will participate in PI activities. • You will assist with stress testing and other non-invasive cardio diagnostic testing. • You will assist with other non-invasive cardo diagnostic testing.
What qualifications will you need:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. • Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
