Credit Union Call Center Representative
 Houston, TX | Full-time | Financial Services / Customer Support

What You'll Do:
• Handle 40–80 inbound calls daily, delivering exceptional customer service and accurate account support
• Assist members with payments, balance transfers, account inquiries, and transaction processing
• Provide clear explanations of account details, loan information, and financial products
• Identify member needs and recommend relevant financial services, including loans and account options
• Resolve account issues, research history, and process requests such as stop payments or corrections
• Support card services, direct deposits, automatic transfers, and account setup
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members while managing call volume efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus)
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
• Proficiency with computers and customer management systems
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
