Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking an eBilling Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end electronic billing function, ensuring invoices are prepared, reviewed, and submitted accurately within required timelines
  • Manage billing calendars, deadlines, and client-specific requirements to support timely submissions and minimize rejections or delays
  • Establish consistent procedures and standards that improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across a multi-office environment
  • Review current processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, increase automation, and improve overall operational effectiveness
  • Manage and develop a team of billing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, workload oversight, and performance support
  • Partner with department leadership on team planning, training, hiring support, process changes, and broader department initiatives
  • Assist with special projects, system enhancements, and technology-related initiatives that support the billing function
  • Handle confidential client, firm, and financial information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, along with 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or billing operations within a global legal or professional services environment
  • Experience overseeing and developing teams, ideally within a client-service-driven organization
  • Strong technical aptitude, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing financial systems and billing technologies to support reporting and client-specific invoicing needs (familiarity with platforms such as eBillingHub, 3E or similar tools)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service, with a track record of reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration in delivering high-quality outcomes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
