Role: Rating Specialist / Technical Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX
Mode of hire: 6 months C2H (candidate consent will be requested on need)
Must‑Have Skills
8-10 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms
Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing/rating
Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform
Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)
Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation
Preferred Skills
Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience
Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
