What You’ll Do
- Lead a 2-year-old classroom (toddler age group)
- Implement curriculum and daily lesson plans
- Provide nurturing care in a licensed childcare / daycare center
- Support social, emotional, language, and motor development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Build strong relationships with parents and staff
- Ensure compliance with Texas childcare licensing regulations
- Assist with parent-teacher conferences and assessments
Qualifications
- Passion for toddlers, childcare, and early childhood education ️
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or child development preferred
- High School Diploma or GED (CDA or ECE degree preferred)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Meets state licensing requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
