OPEN POSITIONS:
• ASSISTANT TEACHER - $16.43/hour Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older HS Diploma/GED 1 year experience working with children under 13
• TEACHER - $19.57/hour Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree, Child Development Associate Credential, or 9 college credits with plan of study leading to degree/CDA 2 years experience with children under 13 1 year supervisory experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS):
• Maintain 30 hours of childcare-related training every 2 years • Tuberculosis (TB) Test and physician's clearance to work in childcare • Basic computer skills, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community • Child Abuse Prevention (Supervisory Staff), CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 30 days of hire)
WORK SCHEDULE:
• Monday - Friday: 8 hours shifts between 7:30am - 5:30pm • Full Time at 8 hours daily/40 hours per week
