As a Head Start Early Learning Coach, you will support educational quality, implement Creative Curriculum, and promote positive outcomes for children. Your role includes classroom observations, coaching, and providing feedback to teachers and managers to enhance educational practices. You will foster a nurturing environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development, especially for economically disadvantaged youth.
Ideal candidates have:
An interest in young children's well-being and education
Prior experience in Head Start settings, preferably with Creative Curriculum
Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
A BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field from an accredited institution
