Position Summary
The Clinical Director provides leadership for all clinical services within the Early Intervention and Academy programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA services while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
This position is responsible for driving clinical excellence, developing strong clinical teams, and using data to improve outcomes for individuals served. The Clinical Director plays a key role in aligning clinical and operational efforts to support sustainable program growth and meaningful impact.

Starting Salary: Our compensation is competitive within the market. The starting rate for this position begins at $87, 505.60 annually, with your final offer based on a combination of your education, relevant experience, and overall qualifications.
