Early Childhood Office Assistant
Seeking Individuals who will...
- Provide front desk support through excellent customer service to CLC families
- Respond to family needs, carry out clerical duties as assigned, and maintain cleanliness & organization of the front office
- Greet & screen all visitors that enter the building as well as answer & direct phone calls
- Become knowledgeable of our programs & policies
- General office duties as needed, including working with confidential information
- Acts in leadership role when closing the center
- Be a part of an amazing team of YMCA staff focused on teaching teamwork and social skills and supporting children as they grow and learn!

Pay & Benefits:
- $16.00/HR (PART TIME)

Hours & Requirements:
- Monday - Friday (FLEXIBLE HOURS)
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma/GED (required)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Possess strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Assist in classrooms as needed
- Previous customer service or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Time management skills & ability to multi-task
