This is a full-time, non-exempt position that is responsible for planning, managing and implementing daily classroom programs and activities to further children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth and development. This position is also responsible for acting as a support and resource to parents and implementing Head Start Program Performance Standards, Missouri Child Care Licensing Regulations and all Childcare procedures and objectives. An Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with at least 10 early childhood education classes preferred. Maintain meticulous documentation of children's developmental progress, encompassing personalized plans, journal entries, and requisite reports and records. Foster constructive communication and engagement with parents to support children's learning and development effectively.
