Position Title: Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Teacher/Kindergarten Aide/Supervisory Aide/Transportation Aide -

8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or Approximately (6:00 a.m. â 4:30 p.m. if assigned a bus run)

Immediate Supervisor: Principal

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to Understand and Respond to the Needs of Children

Use Oral and Written English Fluently

Interpret and Follow Instructions

Relate Well with School Personnel, Parents and the Community

Demonstrate Creativity, Initiative and Patience

Display a Positive Outlook Toward the Program and its Students

Ability to Perform Health Related Duties for Special Needs Students

Pass Aide Competency Test

Current Employee or Substitute Aide

Valid First Aid and CPR Cards

Must hold the Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Teacher Authorization

Ability to lift 50lbs

Employment Term: 200 day contract for the 2026/2027 school year

Salary: Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation. Salary Schedules
