What You'll Do

• Create a safe, loving classroom where children feel confident and valued
• Lead fun, hands-on learning activities using our curriculum
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence
• Celebrate each child's milestones and developmental growth
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
• Collaborate with a supportive teaching team that truly enjoys working together
• Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically through positive guidance

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about early childhood education
• Warm, patient, and energetic
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Experienced working with young children (2+ years preferred-babysitting, nannying, or childcare experience counts!)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification-we'll help!)
• Able to meet all PA childcare licensing requirements
