Sulzer Services specializes in the repairs and overhaul of gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, pumps and electromechanical equipment for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Early Career Programs Specialist to develop and execute our internship and new-hire rotational programs. This role will also provide support to the Training Program Manager with strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities include internal communications such as newsletters, program updates, department calendars, e-learning content creation, and designing promotional content for training programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating developmental programs that provide emerging talent with meaningful learning experiences. This role requires a blend of project management, instructional design, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure program success and alignment with organizational goals.
