Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Industrial Engineer to join their team. As an Early-Career Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support sequence cart design and coordinate with vendors from design through production.
- Assist with Rack parts audits and optimize plant storage space.
- Support the storage identification process and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation for ongoing projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives applying Operations Excellence principles.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in CAD and Excel.
- Ability to review CAD models and engineering concepts effectively.
- Experience with inventory management, process audits, and vendor coordination.
