The Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing catering and delivery orders to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service, while growing the catering business.
- Coordinate all catering and delivery orders, confirming and prioritizing them for accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with management to organize and execute daily delivery schedules.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify targets and promote catering services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, including referrals.
- Drive sales through cold calling, business lists, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with guests to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and well-stocked catering information in the restaurant.
