Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $45.00 – $48.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Standard hours; overtime available)
Benefits: Company vehicle and company tools provided
Work Breakdown:
60%: New generator installations.
40%: Servicing and maintaining existing generator contracts.
Field assignments will cover areas across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
Install new generator units for residential and commercial customers.
Diagnose, service, and repair generators, switchgear, and control systems.
Perform troubleshooting, failure analysis, and emergency service calls.
Inspect and repair fuel, cooling, and electrical components.
Operate load bank testing equipment and record performance data.
Maintain service, repair, and maintenance records.
Manage parts inventory within your provided company vehicle.
Drive and maintain the company vehicle safely.
Active E2 Electrical License (Required).
Experience with generator installations and electrical troubleshooting preferred.
Strong mechanical skills and independent problem-solving ability.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented work ethic.

Top Pay: $45.00 – $48.00/hour depending on experience.
