The ITS Data Technology Office is the central entity within the World Bank Group's Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) department responsible for enabling data, AI, information, and knowledge capabilities across the institution. It comprises four Units focused on platforms & tools, product & service delivery, enablement and governance. The office plays a pivotal role in advancing the Bank's digital transformation, supporting business domains with trusted data, information and AI capabilities, and fostering a culture of responsible innovation.
WBG Library is part of the Products & Services unit (ITSDA). The World Bank Group Library is a fast-paced and dynamic institutional center of information delivery; it provides services to approximately 24,000 WBG staff and consultants in Washington, DC and world-wide. It facilitates external knowledge flow via access to many licensed eResources (news aggregators, data sources, eBooks, eJournals, etc.), reference and research services, training and custom solutions for organizational information needs.
Duties and accountabilities:
Reporting to Senior Information Solutions Officer in the Library Content & Access Management Team, an experienced and dynamic Information Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day information solutions and services, and other activities in support of library operations.
