Location: Fairfax, VA - Travel is Required
We are seeking skilled technicians with excellent customer service abilities to provide strong electrical and mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills in the Fairfax, VA area. Fairfax is a vibrant city known for its rich history, diverse community, and proximity to Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Perform warranty, retrofits, and acceptance work on hybrid and eBuses.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and property staff.
- Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and service transit vehicles (all platforms) using skills and tools ranging from advanced computer diagnostics to basic mechanical tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Self-starter who works independently with limited supervision.
- Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism.
- Automotive/bus experience required.
Experience Includes:
- 2 years of directly related work experience.
- General knowledge of truck, bus, automotive, and/or other vehicle systems.
Work Schedule:
7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
