We are seeking an experienced E/M Technician with strong electrical and mechanical experience to support warranty repairs, retrofits, and field service operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and service equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Complete warranty and retrofit work in accordance with company standards
  • Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems in the field
  • Accurately document service activities, parts usage, and repair reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technical support, and internal teams
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive, bus, fleet, transit, or heavy equipment systems
  • Background in electrical systems, controls, or high-voltage systems a plus
  • Technical certifications or formal training (ASE, trade school, military, etc.) also a plus
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Standard schedule: 7 AM 3:30 PM
  • Occasional evening hours may be required
  • Flexibility in scheduling is strongly preferred
  • Field-based role with travel to customer sites
  • Required to lift, move, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand 8-10 hours per day
  • Good hand/eye coordination & ability to identify color variations and close/distance visual items
  • use of your own tools, laptop and smart phone
