8 | Required | Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, training analysis, or application support, delivering complex, enterprise-level training solutions. |
6 | Required | Experience analyzing business and user requirements, including feasibility, scope, and effort estimation. Proven ability to convert legacy training content (e.g., SoftChalk) to modern platforms (e.g., Articulate). |
6 | Required | Demonstrated experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing interactive e-learning, microlearning, and on-demand content. |
4 | Required | Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical content into clear instructional materials. |
