Overview
Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to join a growing business in the fashion technology and e-commerce industry in the USA. This role is responsible for shaping the online shopping experience by ensuring product assortments, promotions, and digital merchandising strategies align with brand goals and customer behavior. The ideal candidate understands both fashion retail trends and data-driven online selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online product assortment, category placement, and launch calendars.
- Optimize product visibility, collections, and promotional campaigns across the website.
- Analyze sales, conversion, and inventory performance to improve product presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, buying, and creative teams to support seasonal initiatives.
- Monitor site performance and recommend merchandising changes to improve customer engagement.
- Use customer insights and trend data to support pricing and promotional decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using e-commerce and reporting tools.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and online merchandising best practices.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is preferred.
