- Manage daytoday Amazon (FBA and FBM), eBay and Walmart store operationsÂ
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment for FBA
- Create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, variations)
- Resolve cases, alerts, and account issues
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Handle customer messages, returns, and refunds according to marketplace standards
- Coordinate pricing changes and promotions as needed
- Work with internal teams on inventory, shipping, and product updates
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, year-round benefited position.Â
Pay range is $30-$38 per hour. This is a work from home/remote position.Â
Minimum RequirementsÂ
Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)
- Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account
- Handson experience with both FBA and SellerFulfilled (FBM) workflows
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, and marketplace performance metrics
- Comfortable troubleshooting listing errors, stranded inventory, and fulfillment issues
- Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple products at once
- Clear communicator who can follow processes and improve them
- Experience with large or complex catalogs
- Strong Excel Knowledge
- Knowledge of marketplace fees, reimbursements, and inventory reports
- Experience coordinating with warehouses or thirdparty shippers
Preferred education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, computer science or related field.
