Job Summary
The E-Commerce Growth Manager is a key growth role within Luxor's e‑commerce organization, responsible for driving marketplace channel performance and scaling digital revenue, with a primary emphasis on Amazon. This position is designed for someone deeply fluent in marketplace mechanics-analyzing performance signals, understanding platform algorithms, monitoring competitive shifts, and pursuing new opportunities to improve discoverability, conversion, and market share.
The ideal candidate brings deep Amazon expertise (1P and 3P preferred), strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate insights into structured, actionable growth strategies. They will uncover opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and build data‑supported plans that accelerate Luxor's presence across key online marketplaces.
