Job Description Position Purpose: Responsible for maintaining the E-Coat System and the Fabrication Parts Washer. Hourly or Salary Range: $20.70 - $29.55 Essential Functions: Daily monitoring of the E-Coat System Daily chemical checks Daily paint adds Primary Maintenance of the E-Coat System Completing Preventive Maintenance work orders Available to help with Trouble shoot any E-Coat problems This position has "On-call" duties for off-shift problems with 'call-in' adder pay Maintain parts washer Always keep work area clean Always work in a safe manner Other job duties may be assigned by manager or supervisor Education and Training High School Diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and with others Good mechanical and analytical skill Ability to read and write Demonstrate dependability and persistence to complete projects on time Physical Demands Must be able to stand continuously for 8 - 12 hours Walk up and down stairs continuously Ability to climb ladders Ability to lift 50 lbs Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills Ability to work in tight places Ability to wear a Full-Face Respirator Demonstrate dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Environmental Conditions Ear and Eye protection always required in all production areas Exposure to noisy work environment Exposure to hot and humid conditions Exposure to coolants, oils, grease and water Exposure to toxic chemicals Exposure to hot parts and hot liquids Exposure to confined spaces Steel toe boots with metatarsal guards always required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
