We're hiring an onsite Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Copilot Trainer to lead internal enablement and user adoption across the organization. You'll be the resident expert for these tools-training, coaching, and supporting employees so they can work faster, smarter, and more consistently. You'll partner with the IT team during upgrades and rollouts, but your primary focus is hands-on training and day-to-day guidance for end users.

Years of experience are less important than current Dynamics knowledge, strong communication, and proven ability to teach and mentor teammates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver role-based training for Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Copilot across teams including Business Development, Manufacturing, Service, Quality, Administration, and more
  • Create and maintain training materials: job aids, quick guides, SOPs, short videos, FAQs, and onboarding content
  • Run live trainings (small groups and 1:1), office hours, refresher sessions, and new-hire onboarding modules
  • Partner with IT on upgrades and feature releases: translate changes into clear user instructions and adoption plans
  • Help users maximize workflows in Dynamics (data entry standards, process steps, reporting/visibility, handoffs) and leverage Copilot for productivity
  • Gather feedback from departments, identify skill gaps, and recommend process/training improvements
  • Track training participation and adoption; provide simple progress updates to leadership
  • Promote best practices around data quality, consistent usage, and security awareness
