Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Integration Architect to define and implement end-to-end integration architecture across Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations) and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, establish enterprise integration standards, and design scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture

• Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Define integration reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
• Architect real-time, near real-time, and batch integration solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance for enterprise integration initiatives.

Dynamics 365 & Dataverse Integration

• Design integrations using:
  • Dataverse
  • Dual-write
  • Virtual Tables
  • OData APIs
  • Webhooks
  • Business Events
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Power Platform, and external enterprise applications.

Azure Integration Services

• Design and implement integration solutions using:
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure API Management (APIM)
• Define API-led integration strategies covering:
  • Security
  • Authentication & Authorization
  • Throttling
  • Monitoring
  • Logging

Power Platform

• Design enterprise integrations involving:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
• Develop reusable integration components and custom connectors.
• Establish Power Platform integration standards and governance.

Security & Governance

• Implement secure authentication and authorization using:
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • OAuth 2.0
  • Managed Identities
  • Service Principals
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Partner with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to establish environment governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.

Required Qualifications

• 10 14+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integrations.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Dataverse integration capabilities
  • Power Platform extensibility
  • Azure Integration Services
• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OData, Webhooks, Business Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience implementing secure integrations using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, Managed Identities, and Service Principals.
• Proven experience defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and API strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation and cloud integration solutions.
