Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Consultant with over 8 years of experience to lead and support enterprise-level implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 modules, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training.
  • Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with data migration, integration tools, and Azure services.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
