This role manages 10-15 mechanics, overseeing maintenance scheduling, parts procurement, and compliance with airport and DOT regulations.
Key responsibilities include planning and directing work, establishing performance standards, ensuring quality and safety protocols, maintaining records, inspecting equipment, diagnosing vehicle issues remotely, and developing safety programs.
Qualifications include being 18+, holding a valid US driver’s license, proficiency in English, ability to lift 70 lbs, working in all weather conditions, and flexibility for variable shifts. Preferred candidates have ASE certification, automotive/diesel mechanic training, or supervisory experience in aviation.
