Pay: $18-20 per hour based on experience

Join Our Team At Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, duct cleaning is hands-on, detail-oriented, and focused on improving home comfort and indoor air quality for our customers.

As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will work with specialized duct cleaning equipment and custom service trucks to clean residential HVAC systems safely and thoroughly. Every day is different. You will be working in homes, operating equipment, and ensuring duct systems are cleaned to high company standards.

This is a role for someone who is quick, organized, and takes pride in doing detailed work the right way. You do not need HVAC experience-we provide paid training-but prior duct cleaning or mechanical experience is helpful.

What You Will Do

• Perform residential duct cleaning using specialized equipment and service trucks
• Inspect duct systems and follow proper cleaning procedures and standards
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Explain services and recommendations in a clear, respectful manner
• Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Participate in training and ongoing skill development
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality

• Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Duct cleaning experience preferred, HVAC experience not required
