Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Duck Creek Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance software solutions particularly with Duck Creek Technologies.
  • The BSA will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systems to meet our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Duck Creek implementations
  • Solution Design: Develop detailed functional specifications and design documents based on business requirements
  • System Configuration: Configure Duck Creek systems to align with business processes and requirements
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Duck Creek solutions
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Duck Creek systems addressing any issues that arise
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using Duck Creek systems
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery of Duck Creek projects
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers QA teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Duck Creek solutions
