The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives across two or more hotel properties, driving revenue performance in alignment with each hotel’s overall marketing and business plan. This role focuses on maximizing RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.
This position requires a proactive and results-driven leader who can identify new business opportunities, build and maintain key client relationships, and effectively position each property within its competitive market. The Dual Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities, ensure brand and company standards are met, and serve as a key partner to property leadership in achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Lead a team of sales professionals at both properties
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving sales growth in a competitive market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
