About Company / Opportunity:

An Indianapolis-based hotel management company with 30+ hotels across the state is looking to add a Dual Property - Director of Sales to their team in Richmond, IN.


What do we seek?

The Dual Director of Sales will lead the sales strategy across two hotel properties within the market, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maximizing overall profitability while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to regional leadership, this individual will develop and execute tailored sales and marketing plans, leveraging market intelligence, strengthening key account relationships, and building strategic partnerships to achieve performance goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue performance through strategic pricing, yield management, and revenue optimization tools.
  • Create targeted sales action plans to achieve budgeted goals and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and community partners, including local business and civic organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to adjust strategy and respond to evolving demand.
  • Lead promotional efforts, sales blitzes, and marketing campaigns to generate new business.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain accountability for revenue targets and key performance metrics.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration while adhering to company standards and operating procedures.
