This pooled position is for current high school faculty approved to teach college courses at their high schools.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with college departments to ensure academic integrity, aligning high school curricula with college objectives, delivering college-level instruction, participating in program evaluation and student assessment, maintaining accurate records, and engaging in professional development.
Requirements vary by course but must meet on-campus faculty criteria and be employed and licensed by the high school partner. Preferred qualifications include previous post-secondary teaching experience and a doctoral degree.
Part-time assignments are coordinated through the Early College Office. Applicants should prepare a resume, cover letter, and references. Background checks are conducted, and employment is not barred by convictions. Positions may be removed without notice.
