This role supports store management in delivering exceptional customer service, merchandising, omni-channel activities, and inventory management to drive sales and store results.


  • Assist with merchandise placement, fulfillment, and store recovery while ensuring compliance with policies and asset protection standards.
  • Model and coach customer experience behaviors, responding promptly to customer and associate needs to create positive in-store experiences.
  • Leverage inventory and digital tools to maximize sales opportunities, including managing stock, markdowns, and omni activities like BOPIS.
  • Ensure a safe environment, support associate development, and assist with scheduling, payroll, and associate relations.
  • Contribute to a fun store culture by recognizing team members, supporting training, recruiting, and performing other store duties as needed.

  • Required skills include excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and proficiency with technology. Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours. Minimum two years of management experience and a high school diploma are required; college experience preferred.
