Required Education: Associate degree Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain, healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making Experience managing high-volume queues, exceptions, or ticketing workflows Ability to work under strict regulatory timelines and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (reporting, executive summaries) Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Experience with DSCSA serialization and traceability processes Hands-on experience with TraceLink or similar compliance platforms Experience in exception management, triage workflows, and issue resolution Knowledge of pharmacy or warehouse product flow Experience with Tableau or other BI tools SQL or database experience Experience developing analytical tools, models, or process improvements Strong problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus DSCSA Product Flow Analyst Overview: The DSCSA Product Flow Analyst is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance and operational efficiency within pharmaceutical supply chain processes This role focuses on monitoring, investigating, and resolving serialization and traceability exceptions to ensure compliant product movement The analyst manages high-volume exception queues, identifies root causes of data discrepancies, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues impacting product flow This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with DSCSA requirements while minimizing operational disruptions, financial risk, and product waste The analyst will contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives while supporting multiple business units in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are critical for success in this role. This is a fully remote positionJob Duties: Monitor and manage serialization and traceability exceptions using compliance platforms Investigate and resolve data discrepancies impacting product flow Escalate issues to external partners when necessary Maintain compliance documentation and knowledge management records Support development and implementation of SOPs and workflows Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inventory issues Assist in training teams on compliance processes and best practices Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation Stay current with regulatory requirements and compliance updates Specific Details to Call Attention To: Must have hands-on experience with DSCSA, serialization, or traceability platforms (e.g., TraceLink or similar) Must have experience managing high-volume exception or ticket queues Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required (advanced level) Ability to work under strict regulatory timelines is critical Fully remote role with schedule based on business needs (shift may vary) **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
