The Admissions department is seeking a dependable student worker to be the face of the University for prospective students and other guests. To give the student prospective to campus visits and during on-campus recruitment events. To share their knowledge about the campus in a friendly manner. To manage the smaller office tasks in the suite and field calls for several different departments in our suite as well as all over campus.
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, some weekends. Need 5 - 10 hours minimum, of availability within the timeframe mentioned. Does not mean you will be scheduled all of those hours.
Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
Strong Communication skills - face-to-face and phone skills. Able to be on their feet, walking for 45-60 minutes (tours). Ability to multitask is helpful in this position. Involved on campus is helpful.
