Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Drywall Hanger to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within the trades. The role focuses on installing drywall efficiently and accurately on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings
Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels accurately
Secure drywall using appropriate fasteners and tools
Work around windows, doors, electrical boxes, and other openings
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Coordinate with seamfillers, painters, and other crew members
Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Experience as a drywall hanger or installer is preferred
Ability to read basic measurements and layouts
Comfortable with physical labor, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and improve skills
Must be able to work on-site in PEI
Valid driver’s license is required
Compensation & Growth
$25 hr - $31 hr to get started (with increases based on experience, skill, and commitment)
