Drywall Estimator/ Project Manager

• 2+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience (not enty level)
• OST (On-Screen Takeoff) experiene required
• Ability to independently take & run bids from day one
• Strong communication skills & client-facing personality
• Team-oriented mindset with interest in long-term growth
• Profeciendy in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, & subcontractor management
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, & quality standards
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, & communication skills

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate drywall estimates for commercial projects
• Work closely with a centralized estimating team while serving as the local Austin presence
• Proactively engage with general contractors to secure bid opportunities
• Support projects ranging from mid-sized commercial work to large-scale healthcare and aviation projects
• Balance estimating responsibilities with relationship-building and light business development
• Markets include healthcare, aviation, commercial, and institutional construction

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing project schedules, budgets & crews
• Material procurement
• Ensuring quality control
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Communication & documentation
• Preconstruction & closeout
