We are currently looking for a Drying Facility Specialist to join our cultivation team here in St. Johns! The Drying Facility Technician is responsible for overseeing the initial phase of the post-harvest process by receiving, organizing, and monitoring harvested cannabis during the drying stage. This role ensures product is dried uniformly under optimal environmental conditions while maintaining accurate records, strict cleanliness standards, and full regulatory compliance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years of age or older.
Ability to pass drug testing and a Level 2 Florida State background check.
Previous cannabis post-harvest, drying, curing, or cultivation experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor environmental conditions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Ability to follow written SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
