Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong experience in Drupal and the Acquia ecosystem to support and enhance our MarTech digital web platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self starter capable of working independently with minimal onsite guidance, delivering high quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and maintain websites built on Drupal CMS, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high performing front end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in a Scrum/Agile environment to deliver sprint commitments.
- Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and release cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues, ensuring optimal stability and performance.
- Contribute to enhancements, customizations, and new functionality aligned with business requirements.
- Utilize Acquia tools and cloud platform for site building, deployment, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications- Strong hands on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Proficiency with PHP and backend logic for Drupal-based applications.
- Previous experience working with Drupal CMS (Drupal 10 or 11).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment.
Preferred / Bonus Skills- Experience developing custom Drupal modules.
- Experience with Acquia Site Studio and Acquia Cloud tools.
- Ability to write custom JavaScript for interactive components.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Pendo or other user experience enablement platforms.
