Lead coordinated, compassionate care that supports recovery and strengthens lives as our Drug Court Clinician. (Internal title:  Drug Court Coordinator) 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As part of our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness., you’ll guide participants through a collaborative, structured treatment process that empowers them to build and maintain a substance-free lifestyle. In this role, you’ll coordinate Drug Court treatment services, provide individual and group counseling, and work closely with community partners to ensure participants have the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Drug Court treatment services and ensure smooth communication among partners.
  • Provide strengths-based individual and group counseling for participants and their families.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support collaborative, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with program and organizational standards.
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and contribute positively to the treatment team environment.
  • Support participants’ progress through screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing engagement.
  • Assist with required reports, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Collect and process urine drug screens as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks that support program success.

Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School/GED required
Master’s degree in human services or related field required ONLY if individual is licensed

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
At least one (1) year experience in the substance abuse field preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: 
CADC, CRADC, RADC, LMFT, PLPC, LPC LMSW, or LCSW required
