Description
As a Driver Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our fleet's growth. You will manage the high-volume hiring cycle, from initial phone screens to managing DOT compliance and orientation scheduling.
Job Responsibilities
Source qualified CDL-A drivers using job boards, social media, and cold calling.
Review driving records, background checks, and DOT compliance requirements.
Conduct phone interviews and sell our competitive pay and home-time packages.
Schedule qualified candidates for onboarding and orientation.
Qualifications
