Your Responsibilities:
Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective plans to attract and retain qualified drivers.
Set & Achieve Goals: Establish clear recruitment targets and work proactively to meet or exceed them.
Lead Campaigns: Create and execute outreach initiatives to engage top driver candidates.
Engage with Candidates: Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Host Info Sessions: Organize and lead orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs) to inform them about the role.
Streamline Hiring: Guide applicants through the entire process, from paperwork to vehicle assignment.
Track Applicants: Maintain accurate records and manage the recruitment process in our applicant tracking system.
Generate Reports: Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on recruitment progress.
Support Team Efforts: Collaborate with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with drivers and staff to promote retention and satisfaction.
Promote a Positive Culture: Contribute to a supportive and service-oriented work environment.
Take Initiative: Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to ensure recruitment goals are met.

Experience: Previous experience in recruiting or sales is preferred.
