Core Role:
The Behind-The-Wheel Driver Instructor is responsible for teaching prospective drivers how to operate a motor coach safely and according to our service standards.

- Strong communicator with the ability to provide constructive criticism
- Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to adapt to all types of personalities
- Organized, detail oriented, planner and multi-tasker
- Flexible, enthusiastic, with a strong and reliable work ethic
Requirements:
- Class A or B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements
- Must have experience driving a motor coach
- Must have a safe driving history
- Must be willing to travel to conduct training at any of our other terminals
- Must be able to assist with driving when needed
