Driver - Home Health

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional driver to join our home health care team. The primary responsibility of this role is to transport our nursing staff to various client locations. These locations are not only within the Los Angeles area, but also extend to cities across Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport nursing staff to and from patient homes and medical facilities.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures according to the schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Location: Montrose, CA

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Requirements

Key qualifications:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Proven experience in driving roles
• Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or route planning tools
• Physical stamina for long periods of driving
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification MAY be required
• Background checks and physicals are often a standard part of the hiring process
