Driver Helper Pay: $13.00 per hour Location: Tulsa, OK 74120 Shift: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM Start (typically finished by 5: 00 PM) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview The Driver Helper assists delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and safely transporting materials throughout daily delivery routes. This Driver Helper role requires strong attention to safety, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift. The ideal Driver Helper is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. Required Experience & Skills Ability to lift and move heavy materials repeatedly Strong attention to detail, especially when recording information Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading cylinders and materials Ride along on delivery routes and support daily operations Record and track cylinder serial numbers accurately Act as a spotter to help drivers safely maneuver vehicles Maintain awareness of surroundings at delivery sites and on roadways Help secure loads and ensure materials are handled properly Support safe and efficient delivery operations throughout the day Work Environment Outdoor and delivery-based work environment Exposure to varying weather conditions Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive motion Travel with delivery driver for the full work shift
